Aisling Financial was created by founder Allan Houliston with one simple mission in mind: to help people finance their dreams. Throughout his extensive career as a finance broker, he has helped hundreds of satisfied clients do just this, allowing them to see their hopes become a lived reality.
Allan brings an innovative approach to the market and has built a strong reputation based on his dedication, integrity and unparalleled industry knowledge. Through careful consultation and consideration, Allan discusses all your current needs and requirements before creating a customised structured loan plan that meets your goals and objectives.

Finance Specialist/Director
Allan has extensive finance experience backed by a diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He is also a Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia accredited broker, specialising in self-managed super fund lending.
Allan commenced his career as a mortgage and protection adviser with the largest finance brokerage in Scotland, before taking up a business development role with a large commercial finance brokerage. After moving to Australia to live the dream, he established himself as a Home Finance Manager with Westpac where he worked for five years. He then had a further two years’ experience as a Senior Lending Manager with Rams Home Loans.
Allan saw a niche in the market for a boutique mortgage brokerage in Geelong, which would take the time to really listen to clients and meet their individual needs. He specialises in workshopping complex scenarios that many other brokers may not spend time on, to ensure that each and every client is given the best result and the same level of service.
Allan is a board member of the Type 1 Foundation and is the President of Business on the Bellarine. He enjoys working out at the local gym and has been involved in a coaching capacity with Grovedale Footy Club’s junior section for several years. He also loves spending time with his young family and is an active member of Geelong Football Club.
Leanne Houliston
Client Services Manager
Leanne has extensive experience in customer service and office administration, which are huge assets to the business. Having spent the majority of her career in Human Resources Management roles, she took a career break to start a family.
Leanne has since taken on a part time management role in the leisure industry, meaning she could fit her career around her busy family life. Leanne is Aisling Financial’s General Administrator and is responsible for the business’s marketing co-ordination, office management and the processing of loan applications. She is also the friendly face that greets prospective clients at our reception desk.
Leanne enjoys spending time with her three boys and extended family. She keeps herself fit by competing in a local touch rugby league and by running with her dog, Skye.
